Teka Advanced Mixing Technology at Armaton's Prestigious Precast Concrete Plant Inauguration
In a groundbreaking ceremony attended by high-ranking officials and industry experts, Teka Maschinenbau GmbH showcased its cutting-edge mixing technology at Armaton's new precast concrete plant in Siberia. The event marked the official opening of a state-of-the-art facility designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality precast concrete elements in the region.
Armaton, a Russian specialist in concrete technology, chose Teka to supply the necessary mixing plant for its ambitious project. The German manufacturer delivered a weighing and mixing plant equipped with two planetary mixers of the type TPZ 3000, capable of discharging concrete into two bucket tracks. This advanced setup enables the production of around 80 cubic meters of ready-mixed concrete per hour when both mixers are in use, or 40 cubic meters per hour with one mixer operating alone.
The mixing plant is integrated into a larger, highly automated production system developed by Armaton in collaboration with Weckenmann Anlagentechnik GmbH & Co. KG, EVG, and Nordimpianti. The entire project, with a volume of 1.7 billion roubles, aims to produce an annual capacity of 70,000 square meters of living space using precast concrete elements.
Teka's mixing plant plays a crucial role in this advanced production line. The aggregates are stored in a round silo system with a capacity of approximately 408 cubic meters and are fed into the mixers via a charging hopper with a grab-crane unit. The plant is equipped with microwave sensors for moisture level measurement in the silos, as well as moisture and temperature measurement in the mixer. Additionally, protective devices for voltage fluctuations in the control system, consistency measurement for ready-mixed concrete, and remote maintenance via the internet ensure smooth and reliable operations.
An emergency computer system guarantees additional operating reliability, while the two track carriages of the Weckenmann bucket track, each with a volume of 2 cubic meters, supply the circulation plant and the prestressed hollow-core slab production with the appropriate concrete qualities. In total, the new plant can process up to 420,000 cubic meters of concrete per year.
The inauguration ceremony, held on March 13, 2015, was attended by the Russian Minister of Construction, Mr. Michail Menj, the Governor of Novosibirsk, Mr. Vladimir Gorodezkij, the Mayor of Novosibirsk, Mr. Anatolij Lokotj, the personal consultant of the Russian president in Siberia, Mr. Nikolai Rogozhkin, and Senator Nadezhda Boltenko. The event underscored the significance of the project and the advanced technology it employs.
Teka's involvement in this prestigious project further solidifies its position as a leading provider of mixing technology for the precast concrete industry. The company's commitment to innovation and excellence is reflected in the high-performance mixing plants it delivers to customers worldwide.
With the successful inauguration of Armaton's precast concrete plant, Teka looks forward to continuing its partnership with industry leaders in Russia and beyond, driving progress and efficiency in concrete production.
