Scc Light Well Production With The Latest Mixing Technology Of Teka
Teka Maschinenbau GmbH has once again demonstrated its expertise in concrete technology by successfully modernizing the mixing plant of Josef Hain GmbH & Co. KG, a renowned company based in Ramerberg, Bavaria, Germany. The project, which involved planning, delivery, installation, and commissioning, was awarded to Teka due to its innovative solutions, particularly the introduction of the new Teka high-performance turbine mixer.

The modernization process aimed to enhance the efficiency and versatility of Hain's concrete production. One of the key challenges was to integrate the new Teka components into the existing steel structure while retaining fully functional parts of the old mixing plant. Teka met this challenge head-on, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing disruption to Hain's operations.
The new Teka turbine mixer, model THT 750 (type E-1-III), became the heart of the modernized mixing plant. Equipped with a frequency-controlled 30 kW drive motor and capable of handling a wide range of concrete grades, this mixer was tailored to meet Hain's specific needs. Its innovative mixing technology ensures precise and consistent mixing, making it ideal for producing high-quality concrete products with varying properties.

One of the standout features of the Teka turbine mixer is its ability to process even the smallest batch sizes efficiently. This was particularly important for Hain, as the company frequently changes products and colors to meet customer demands. The mixer's flexibility allowed Hain to maintain its competitive edge in the market by offering a diverse range of concrete products.

Furthermore, Teka's prefabricated and preassembled module simplified the integration process. The module, which included the mixer and cement weigher, was easily incorporated into the existing steel structure as a single unit. This not only shortened the installation time but also ensured the structural integrity of the mixing plant.
The cooperation between Hain and Teka was marked by excellent teamwork and communication. Patrick Russ, sales manager at Teka, highlighted the smooth execution of the project, stating that the new plant was put into operation on schedule, right on time for Hain's 70th-anniversary celebration.

Susanne Hain, authorized officer at Josef Hain GmbH & Co. KG, expressed her satisfaction with the partnership. She attributed Hain's continued trust in Teka to their long-standing and reliable business relationship, noting that various Teka components and equipment have been operating problem-free in their factory since 1991.
The successful modernization project underscores Teka's position as a leading provider of innovative concrete technology solutions. With its high-performance turbine mixer, Teka has enabled Hain to boost its production capacity and meet the evolving needs of the construction industry. As Hain looks to the future, it can rely on Teka's expertise and commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology.
